  1. Services
    • Scope of Work: Creative Knot provides graphic design, illustration, and related creative services as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any additional work outside the initial scope may require a separate agreement or additional fees.
    • Deliverables: We will deliver the final design files in the agreed format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.). Original source files (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator files) are provided at our discretion or per prior agreement and may incur additional fees.
  2. Client Responsibilities
    • Provision of Information: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays.
    • Feedback and Revisions: Timely feedback is essential to the project's progress. Creative Knot offers 3 rounds of revisions as part of the project fee. Additional revisions beyond this may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
    • Approval of Work: Once the final design is approved, any further changes will be considered new work and may incur additional costs.
  3. Payment Terms
    • Fees: The client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payment schedules may include a non-refundable deposit, progress payments, and a final payment upon project completion.
    • Payment Methods: We accept payments via razorpay.com, credit card, bank transfer.
  4. Intellectual Property
    • Ownership: Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of the final design files. Creative Knot retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Licensing: Any third-party content (e.g., fonts, stock images) used in the project is subject to the respective licenses. The client is responsible for adhering to these licenses.
  5. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel a project at any time. Refunds, if any, will be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus any non-refundable deposits.
    • Cancellation by Creative Knot: We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide necessary information, does not respond to communications, or breaches these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  6. Confidentiality
    • Client Information: We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose any project-related information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
    • Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA): If necessary, we are willing to sign an NDA to protect sensitive client information.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • No Warranty: Creative Knot provides services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the design work will be error-free or that it will meet all client requirements.
    • Limitation: In no event shall Creative Knot be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of our designs.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    • Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
    • Mediation/Arbitration: If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [Your Location], as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
