7 days Refund Policy

At Creative Knot, we are committed to delivering high-quality graphic design services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested That's why we offer a 7-day refund policy. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Initial Consultation & Concept Phase: Refunds are available if the project is canceled before any design work begins. This includes only the consultation and initial discussions.
    • Design Work Initiated: If design work has commenced, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed. A percentage of the total fee, proportional to the work done, may be retained to cover time and resources spent.
    • Final Delivery: Once the final designs or illustrations have been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all digital files, print-ready designs, and artwork.
  2. Revision Policy
    • We offer 3 rounds of revisions as part of our design process. If additional revisions are required beyond this, they will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
    • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the design after all included revisions have been completed.
  3. Deposits and Upfront Payments
    • A 30% deposit is required before work begins on any project. This deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.
    • The remaining balance is due upon final approval of the design. Failure to pay the final balance will result in the withholding of the final deliverables.
  4. Exceptions
    • In cases of a technical issue or a mistake on our part, we will work to correct the issue or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
    • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by client feedback, lack of communication, or changes in project scope.
  5. Cancellations
    • Clients may cancel a project at any time. Refunds for canceled projects will be issued based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees for work completed.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    • We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a refund request is made, we will discuss the situation with the client to find a fair solution. If necessary, third-party mediation may be used.
  7. Digital Products

    For pre-made designs, templates, or digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for downloadable or digital items.
