Warranties and Representations by the Client

The Client warrants, represents and covenants to Natural Proxy that it shall:

Not use the System intentionally in violation of applicable law or regulations or any third party rights (including intellectual property rights), or for governmental uses.

Not use the license to the System granted herein to:

• (i) distribute cracking, warez, ROM, virus, adware, worms, trojan horses, malware, spyware or any other similar malicious activities and products or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, hijack, destroy, limit or adversely affect the functionality of any computer software, hardware, network or telecommunications equipment;
• (ii) cause any network resource to be unavailable to its intended users, including, without limitation, via "Denial-of-Service (DoS)" or "Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS)" attack;
• (iii) distribute any unlawful content or encourage any unlawful activity; or
• (iv) cause any damage or service disruption to any third party computers or service.

Either party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately at any time by providing the other party an advance written notice until the end of that calendar month. The agreement will terminate at the end of the calendar month at which the written notice was received, without the party incurring any liability towards the other party.

On our IPs are prohibited:

Fraud, burglary, insults, threats and slander; Password selection (bruteforce), port vulnerability scanning; Creating phishing sites; Spam (including spam on forums, sites, blogs), any activity that can lead to the IP address of the server in the blacklist (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, etc.); E-mail newsletter; Distribution of malware (viruses, trojans and anything that can affect the operation of the software); Hacking sites and finding their vulnerabilities (including sql-inj); Distribution of materials without the rightholder's knowledge (Video, music, software, etc.); Violation of the laws of the country in which the server is located to which you are connecting.

In carrying out unlawful actions, you bear full personal, administrative and criminal responsibility for all actions and their consequences.

In violation of the rules of use, the service reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the customer service without the possibility of restoration.
